Q: In what areas are your services available?

We are licensed to provide medical services in the following nine counties: Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and San Benito.

We also provide Companion Services in the above listed nine counties.

Q: Who needs in-home care?

Individuals from all age groups and demographics may need home health care. Generally, our clients have a health condition and want to maintain their independence in their homes with the support of a professional health provider/caregiver.

Q: What type of services do you provide?

We provide Home Health Care and Caregiving Services.  More information can be obtained by clicking the Services link above.

Q: Can I request the gender of my Home Health Care Provider/Caregiver?

Yes. We have both male and female staff trained and ready to assist you.

Q: Are your caregivers screened and trained?

Yes. Our Home Health Care Providers/Caregivers have gone through background checks and physicals prior to being placed in your home.

Q: Can I meet the Home Health Care Provider/Caregivers in advance?

Yes. At Intouch our mission is to provide comfort. Our Program Director will help you find the Home Health Care Provider/Caregiver that is suitable for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will make it a priority to find one that fits your needs.

Q: How much does the service cost and what does it include?

Costs for services are based on an individual need assessment and level of care.  Please contact us at (408) 650-7110 for more pricing information.

Q: Does by insurance or Medicare/Medical cover your services?

Medicare and Medical do not cover non-medical home care services. Many private insurance providers may include coverage of such services. Please check with your insurance provider for explanation of coverage.

Intouch Home Care is licensed to provide medical services to Medicare/Medical recipients.  If you meet certain eligibility requirements, Medicare may pay for your covered home health care.

Q: Can I cancel my service if I am not satisfied?

 Yes. At InTouch we pride ourselves on providing superior and satisfactory service.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your plan, you can terminate your plan at no additional cost to you.
